Two people working inside large, complex organizations kept running into the same friction—across teams, departments, and tools.

Work moved, but responsibility didn’t. Decisions got stuck in handoffs, and progress depended on tribal knowledge instead of clear ownership.
STEP 03Systems that didn’t talk to each other.
Information lived in silos. Teams rebuilt the same context repeatedly because the “source of truth” was always somewhere else.
STEP 04Spreadsheets became the fallback for everything.
The official tools weren’t usable, so teams relied on patches—manual tracking, duplicated work, and workarounds that drained time and momentum.
